At WeCuree, we strive to deliver high-quality, natural hair care products. Due to the personal nature of our products, we follow a limited return policy to ensure hygiene and product integrity.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged, leaking, or defective
- Wrong product delivered
📌 To be eligible:
- Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof (images/videos) must be provided
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Change of mind
- Allergic reactions or dissatisfaction after use
- Minor packaging variations
⚠️ As our products are personal care items, returns are restricted for safety and hygiene reasons.
3. Refund Policy
Once your return request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
In case of Cash on Delivery (if applicable):
- Refund will be issued via bank transfer or UPI
4. Replacement Policy
Instead of refunds, we may offer:
- Free replacement for damaged or incorrect items

6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
7. Shipping Charges
- If the return is approved due to our error (damage/wrong item), we will bear the shipping cost
- Otherwise, return shipping (if applicable) will be borne by the customer
8. Important Disclaimer
- Results of hair care products vary from person to person
- We do not guarantee specific results
- Refunds will not be issued based on performance expectations
